I was nervous to buy this based on the other 1 star review, but that person clearly experienced operator error. The touchscreen is full funciton and works great - we used it to show 3D tours of our boats at a boatshow, and clients could navigate around, spread or pinch to control zoom, and other familiar phone or tablet funcitons worked fine. It is bright enough for use in full sun, as we were forced to do by our new booth location. the TV is very heavy and so was stable on a tabletop stand. but not everyone will want to carry it far! It comes with all the cables needed to use it and we plugged them into the Chromebook latpton upon which it worked with no further setup needed. Excellent good value product. It says it can stay on 24 hrs indefinitely too, but we only used it about 8 or 9 hrs a day.

this is not a touch screen. you can not return it in store after 15 days even if it's clearly marked as touch screen and it's not
