For the remote worker or traveler who occasionally works from public spaces, hotels, etc. this monitor is excellent. The resolution and brightness is perfecf and is simple to connect to MacOS. I would jusr be aware that it is fairly large and may not fit into smaller backpacks. It barely fits in my Wenger backpack but the protective sleeve protects the screen!

I am currently a student and work in construction, so I was looking for a monitor to have a dual screens at home with my laptop, and I came upon this while browsing and seemed more convinient because I can take it with me and have dual screens when I work on campus. This monitor has made life so much easier I Love It! I am so glad I bought this instead of a regular computer monitor.

Great monitor to travel and utilize as a second monitor. I use this with my mac via usb c and my desktop via hdmi. Both gives me a maxium of 144hz. You can also use this as a gaming monitor and although its 1080p it still looks good. Very good investment!

This little screen has been a rock star. Very easily portable I've had no issues bringing it anywhere and it connects to any device I have tried to plug into it. So far it's my 2nd work monitor and my main gaming monitor for when I travel and it's a necessary item if I'm going away from my apartment. Love it!

I am a full time remote work employee and when traveling I used to either travel with a 22 inch monitor when possible and/or my iPad Pro to get my extended desktop on my work MacBook Pro or my personal HP Zbook. I work in BI tools, office productivity apps and quality monitoring tooling daily so the screen real estate is a big thing for me. This ViewSonic monitor is a game changer for me and my work mobility. The screen quality is great and I get 17" of screen space which is bigger than my 16" MacBook screen. With a single USB-C cable I can connect and power this monitor from my MacBook so I don't have to tote around a ton of cables or a power adapter brick. It has plenty of input ports but the USB-C option is great. Can't recommend this monitor enough.

This is a great monitor so far. It's nice and light weight and it makes it great to connect with just one usb-c cable to my Lenovo X1 gen 8 work laptop! It's nice not having to have two power plugs and a connector to run everything. The display is great for work and I don't doubt that it would be great for gaming.

As expected, ViewSonic has delivered an excellent portable monitor. The screen is bright and alive. I like the fact that you can charge your devices off of it when it's on AC power. AC power is not necessary ... it runs just fine from my laptop's USB-C port.

It's a good monitor. Plug and play right out of the box. Works amazingly well with my M1 MacBook Pro via USBc. The only issue I have is that the reds are orange and no amount of adjustments makes that any better. I don't know if this particular monitor has an issue or its across all of this model. I am going to exchange it for a new one to test it, because I do love the build quality and specs this this offers. I will adjust my review accordingly.

The portable monitor is a great size and easy to travel with. I’m a product designer and use two of them to save space on my desk along with my 32” ultrawide screen. The display colors are decent. They are mostly used to monitor emails, work chat, and for the web. I did test with my gaming PC and it’s fine. Just a bit too small for serious gaming. The downside and as expected, small screen = small sound. Can’t knock it for that because like I’m said, something to expect.

A great external travel monitor, but it feels a bit fragile. The large screen is definitely for the people who use and needs excel along with their laptop monitor for more productivity on the go. I really wanted to get the LG, but it was out of my price range. This is a great alternative.

It was a pretty awesome gift for my nephew who’s going into computer science courses in college. After using a few times I should’ve kept it lol

Great addition for my mobile studio. Very sharp image. Syncs great and a good value. Thin and lightweight. Highly recommend.

Excelent quality, performance and build. It also has its own charger! It is light, has a cover, mini HDMI and USB C. Very portable.

This is a great portable monitor that I can't believe is this light weight and doesn't use much power.

Upon connecting the monitor to my Macbook Pro 2017, the device flickered on and off because it was not getting enough power so I plugged in the optional power cable. I prefer the picture quality on this monitor than to the laptop’s monitor.
