Delivery 2 boys are young and good. However, their job performance is no as good as expected. They failed to attach front side canopy and did not apply diagonal long screw which are behind the metal smoke and oil screen. I noticed them and called back to have them finish their work. My corridor got dirty after they placed the old microwave form disposing. Very sorry for severe comment . I didn’t like to speak ill of the young boys.

This is such an amazing microwave and convection oven. It’s quiet.

This is a nice microwave but it is very expensive and I am not sure it is worth the extra money. We chose it mainly because it was the closest fit to our old microwave space. It can be on the loud side, especially if it has been running for a while. In fact, it vibrates loudly on the bottom after about 5 minutes which is not acceptable at this price range. Otherwise it seems to work well.

This is my second Viking microwave and I love them! They are long lasting and reliable. There is a hefty price tag but it is worth it for the quality.

Wouls give zero, NEVER best buy install inc, them for installation if you live in a coop or condo. It’s the biggest mistake we’ve made, and we won’t repeat it. It was the worst experience we have ever had. Purchse from eslewhere in the city!

I am happy with the decision I made buying the Viking made microwave.

Don’t be misled by the Viking branding. This is mediocre at best. Very underpowered at just 850 watts, and my patience with it is done after finding out you can’t use the microwave while a timer is running. A buyer can do better for less money.
