  • Features
    • Drying Method: Heated drying (Appliances that use heat to dry the dishes will include a heating element or minerals which transform moisture into heat. A fan or vent then circulates the hot dry air throughout the tub during the drying cycle. This may reduce drying time and the risk of water spots. Appliances that use minerals to produce heat are considered more energy efficient than those that include a heating element. Appliances that use condensation drying are considered more energy efficient than those that use heated drying. Instead, high temperature water is produced during the final rinse cycle which warms the interior and eventually condensates and drains out of the machine.)

    Very good, complicated manuals

I have Viking appliances for more than 20 years, but my old dishwasher had a few problems that replacing it was the best option, so I did it. I really like the Viking product, but I found the manual to be too complicated or not clear enough for a regular customer. It looks like good engineers Mae them, but they never used it or asked a layman user to use the manual to figure out what to do !!

Disappointed with Best Buy, Viking, and XPO.

Disappointing product. The door to the detergent does not close well and the parts are cheap compared to the unit that was purchased 10 years ago. I am returning this item . the installer, XPO, put a hole in my cabinet, additionally, XPO is denying the claim. The entire dishwasher is leaning forward because of a poor installation job. I was a long time loyal customer of Best Buy. looks like I am going to spend 2500 bucks somewhere else.

    Quiet Dishwasher

This dishwasher is VERY quiet which I appreciate very much. My previous Viking dishwasher was a little noisy. It seems like it has more space to load the items, I like the way it is laid out, easy to load. Thank you.
