Soso product with long delay from the manufacturer
Purchased this downdraft hood along with the 48'' cooktop that we purchased. Due to the kitchen setting the overhead range hood was not possible and this is the only 48'' downdraft that's available so we didnt really have much of a choice. Purchased the item back in December 2024 and keep getting delayed message from BestBuy/manufacturer so we didnt get our items delivered and installed until Mid-April. Paid an item full and cant use it for 3 months? This is just flat out ridiculous. The hood looks like but the effectiveness is not anywhere close to an over the head range hood; the botton that raise and lower the hood doesnt work from time to time and we have to wait and try again. Stay away from this garbage manufacturer. Knowing what I know now I will not make any other appliances purchases in the future from BestBuy/Viking.

Looks nice but we still don't know if it works
In appearance, the product looks great, however, the countertop cutout dimension specified in the installation instructions, used in the plastic template and even described by Viking Tech Support is incorrect.

No good for The price and it is faulty. I would consider buying something better.
