Absolutely love the cooktop. This is my first time buying Viking and thus far would strongly suggest. Cooks evenly, temps are spot on and super pleased with it cosmetically. We were limited to the 30” so I was concerned that I was settling. But I really like it. The install went smoothly and the Best Buy process was super easy.

This is a very nice cooktop. The grates are very substantial and the burners are a superior construction. I had a custom island built for it and it’s the centerpiece of my kitchen.

This Viking NG 5-Burner Cooktop has proven a great addition to the kitchen facelift. Happy wife... happy life!

I do not trust the Viking brand. I purchased an entire kitchen of Viking this year, and this is the only product that is not defective..yet. Overpriced, bad service, and horrible return policy(BEST BUY).

Great stove top however slightly hard to maintain if you cook frequently.

Cooks great and boils water quickly!!! Only downside is having a large pot in the center when I am using the other ranges.

Beautiful, easy to use and easy to install...overall excellent

The replaced Stove Top is now functioning perfectly. The lighters for all 5 burners are now providing quick start to fire the burners.

I didn't want a fancy one and this worked out perfect.

This gas top looks and works great!! I can cook so much quicker, these burners are awesome!! One of the best !!

A great cooktop. So far, so good. With the Viking name I expect it to give me good service for many years.

This American made unit is a great cooktop and it's performance has been great.

I have been using this series 5 cooktop for a few weeks now. I really didn’t feel I needed a learning curve (electric to gas). The simmer functions are way more precise than any electric stove I ever cooked on. I LOVE the control I have. Many great meals have been prepared, and many more on the way!! Don’t hesitate!!

purchased in December 2023 because of product name and expected quality. A little over a month's use the cook top grates are already discolored and looks cheap. Really surprised for a product of this price and supposed to be their professional series

We really like the cooktop but getting the installation done was a real nightmare and ultimately was not completed by best buys 3rd party installer. After the installer cancelled 3 times then COVID hit and best buy suspended services to homes. Long story short we had our LP Provider install it and now we need a credit from Best Buy for services not rendered. Have spoken with store people but don't see the credit yet.

Great price on gas range. I will definitely be a return customer.
