The story of the Doits began in the late '70s in Skellefteå, the Inchcapital of popInch in north Sweden, where the two brothers Altay and David Sagesen were born and raised. They didn't like the taste of the mainstream pop that they grew up with so, by the time they formed their own band, they had developed an appetite for the heavier flavors of rock music and started looking for inspiration on the other side of the Atlantic.
Electrifying Los Angeles trio Palaye Royale's highly anticipated fourth studio album, Death or Glory, offers an intriguing glimpse into a transformative and grandiose musical journey. As an anthem to resilience and self-discovery, the album embodies the band's artistic evolution and commitment to pushing the boundaries of glam-rock, art-punk and brit-pop into a sound distinctively their own.
