So far, so good. We've only had it about a month, but overall, we love this unit and it was very reasonably priced compared to some. After my cleaners left today, I had to reset it as there was a flashing light and the lid would not open or close automatically but removing power and restoring it seems to have corrected the issue for the time being. I love the fact that the seat is always warm and it flushes great, even without a tank of water behind it. I'm hoping we can save some water because there isn't a tank that's always leaking and refilling itself. The lid and seat material do worry me a little as I wonder how long they'll last. They are not heavy ceramic like old style toilets but a plastic of some kind. I guess only time will tell how it holds up. So, short of knowing its lasting power yet, we're happy with it.
