Great phone, smaller then most . Camero works great takes great pictures has alot memoery space , easy to operate , easy to set up had mine up and running int couple hours after charging all and all a better name brand then all the rest highly recomend the samung galaxy phone enjoy!

This no conteact phone is great. It has a lot of storage, the camera is terrific, and it is easy to use. It was so good that I got one for my aunt, too.

no, this is not the most powerful phone on the planet, but it's a very good bargain and gets the job done. If you move your apps to a memory card you'll be just fine with this phone. I've had it for years and really have no complaints

Not a phone person but huge upgrade as a phone in speaker and screen over my 2 plus year old LG. Good value Struggling mightly to get it working properly on apps and internet. Think Best Buy set up screwed up. And I am a foo. Going back for second try, last was 90 minutes. Good value as phone, thinkingBB and my stupidity overlapping?

My Samsung J3 prepaid virgin mobile phone finally wouldn't work. So I had to get a new phone. One of the employees helped me find a suitable replacement. The new Samsung J3 Achieve. It is basically a two year upgrade from the phone I had. Everything about the phone was familiar and easy to use. If you have had one Samsung, then you will know what I am talking about. Love the phone and no problems! Still love the pre paid Samsung cell phones that come out for Virgin Mobile! Great size screens and extra storage with a Micro SD Card and great BestBuy customer service make this series of phones a winner.

Some of us don't need a top of line model cell phone, but need enough memory to have a reasonable number of apps, This phone does the job. My previous cell phone which lasted about 3 years was a similar model Samsung phone. I bought this phone also because it was easy to reestablish apps and phone numbers from the Samsung backup.

Phone is great for a person that just needs to text/talk.. Easy to setup and use! Camera takes really great shots!

I chose this phone because my last one was a Samsung and I can sort of understand the way it thinks, but am a complete dud where anything 'computer-related' is concerned. It takes days of one-two-three learning to master simplest things. (It's not about intelligence, but about inclination. Just ask me to teach you to talk or write a play. . . ), But the technician who worked with me, Joseph Innocentio in the Santana Square store, was truly unbelievable in his care and explanation. He actually sent me out of there with a phone that works for me--a wonderful gift! Many thanks.

I hate changing phones and when mine died I was dreading having to get a new phone. I bought this one and was so surprised at how easy it was to get used to.

Good phone for the price..not a bad phone and it has a pretty good camera

The only things I'm not too keen about is the picture quality and network capacity. Otherwise, I'm very pleasantly surprised about this product.
