A: Hi Wafflegames, Yes, you can use it as a computer monitor. I tried it and its a little sluggish using the Cast app, which uses your WI FI connection. This tv however does have two other inputs such as HDMIA and composite video that I have not tried, but would assume it should be better. MikeP

A handful of apps come preinstalled on this tv, such as Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, IHeart Radio, Vudu and many more. Sling TV however, is not one of the apps that already comes preinstalled on this tv. You can Cast to this tv via a home computer or smart phone. All you have to do is install Sling TV on your computer or smart phone, then use the Cast function and it will play on your tv. One of the great things with this tv is you can Cast hundreds of apps that are currently available on the Web. Mike P
