For an LCD 4K tv of this size, being under $1000, it is a reasonable 4K entry tv. For 4K movies, it is good. Contrast ratio is good when watching streaming movies in 4K with dolby HDR. Has 4 ports for hdmi, optical, and good compatibility for PC usage too. Refresh rate was important for me for gaming. Playing games, I noticed no lag playing ps4 (launch model) and nintendo switch. PS4 worked good with HDR mode, although colors looked washed out while contrast ratio in supported games was good (Horizon and Ghost of Tsushima). Only issue I have with this model, is the few dimming points, than depending on scene of movie, can have some weird effects of making someone's face very bright and detailed, and a dark wall right next very dark and pixelated. The LCD back panels are distracting too, as in bright light solid colors, such as playing Breath of the Wild with blue skies, or Shadow of the Colossus, the sky is obviously marked by the backpanel vertical bands. Best plus is the user interface with built in apps. Being able to watch Disney+, amazon prime, netflix, hulu and youtube straight from tv, dismissing need to plug in fire stick.

Absolutely dreaded setting up a new TV. Always have to go through what seems like hundreds of steps to be able to watch a tv after plugging in the cable box. This one pretty much did it all by itself. Answered a few questions like language, room tv is in and it took off by itself. When it was done, in only a few minutes, it came on and we were ready to watch. Now I admit, I have not purchased a tv in about 9 years so maybe all of them do this now. But I was impressed. Great picture, great sound and it's big enough that it can be seen from the far back wall.

65 inch vizo led -m- series quantum series -2160p smart 4k uhd with hdr tv picture mode has to be set every time I turn the tv on and a couple time the tv turn itself on. I call vizio support and I was told to reset the tv . I did that and I am still having the same problem .This suppose to be a smart tv maybe it will reset itself.

Best tv I have ever owned, the colors are flawless! Gaming is awesome! I have always went with Samsung, but I did my research on this tv and it was well worth it. Samsung better step their game up cause Vizio definitely has!!

The only good thing about this tv is the graphic quality on the rare occasions it works at all. I’m never buying another Vizio. I constantly have to hard reset it once a day. And connect it to my internet a few times a day because it constantly disconnects. This makes it so I can’t stay connected with apps including the Xfinity app.

I wanna start by saying this product is worth the money it does a great job showing nice movies and when gaming as well it's just crystal clear also like the features it come with.

Randomly turns off. Volume won't work at times till I unplug and pkug back in.

It was difficult turning tv on and off with the remote...vizio advised me to return the tv after we performed troubleshooting tasks. I loved my previous Vizio tv before getting this one.

Best Buy is advertising 120Hz refresh rate but in reality the panel can only provide 60Hz. I've spent way too much time trying to figure out why the TV is stuck at 60Hz. Also there is no way to opt out of any TOS or privacy policy. You can't use the TV otherwise. The smart TV menu would promote shows and apps for watching shows until today I saw an ad for Klarna, a shopping app. I'm already past my return window. This will be fun...

Dark and worse than my 5 year old LG. Unlikely to buy Vizio product again...

Since I keep getting this review email, I decided to get up and look at the model of the tv we bought and noticed that the tv's model number that best buy sent to us is a M657-GO. It is not the 2160p model that we bought. Go figure...... gonna do some more checking before I pursue....
