I needed a standard traditional 3 line phone. Every one wants you to go VoIP for one reason or another. I have 3 land lines and am content to keep it that way. Took me a long time to find a suitable phone. This is it. It has plenty of features, (I probably will not use), the cost was good, and the fact that I can add a remote phone to the system is a useful bonus.

This took a lot of work to set up correctly. Out of the box easy to use. But not when you add lines and an intercom and already have a voicemail through the provider. Took May calls to figure out how to disable some parts and enable others. Putting people on hold still results in us having hold music blaring through the intercom. Take the time to read manual and set it up correctly at the beginning. We do like the additional phones we could add with it.

Works well. Only complaints are that even the lowest volume setting is very loud and the main numeral buttons are hard to press because of their shape. They slant upwards so that you often press the wrong button, but this can be gotten use too. The volume can be solved IF you are willing to plug in an external or wireless headset that has its own separate volume control

Its a very convenient easy to operate phone, perfect for offices. Now most of the phones come with a max of 2 lines. But this phone has 4 lines which is pretty impressive. The price was also reasonable.

Main console ease of setup and connectivity. Extension seamless connection with ZERO failures. Refused to write the review until 1 year of use. No regrets.

1 year after purchase. Bought 1 extension unit and 1 handheld unit to go with the main base unit, for a small home office environment. All components work well, except the headset jack on both the base unit and extension is flaky and does not fit any jack we have purchased, so it is not useful at all.

Great for 4 line office. It's an easy set up and if you need additional station you can order separate. I love it!

finally i found the right phone with 4 lines i have been looking for this phone for a year this it just do what i need in resturant business with 4 lines
