This is perfect. I bought it for my grandson. The monitor screen is clear. It has night vision, it checks the temperature in the room, and you can speak from the monitor to the camera. It's awesome.

If you’re looking for something that just works, this is it. It has great sound and very good quality picture. I really like the fact that it shows you the room temperature on the screen, our old one did not have this feature. I highly recommend it.

If you want a video monitor but need to stay within a budget, you'll probably be more than satisfied with this one. I'll mention my thoughts point by point. 1, Video feed is relatively low frame rate, and even lower when in night vision mode. This really isn't a problem, you can still see what your baby is doing just fine. If you want smooth streaming video you might be better off with a much more expensive camera or even a web cam. 2. No WiFi- Yes, you have to carry the parent unit around with you instead of being able to use your phone. Not a problem for me, I just set it in a nearby location with the volume up and the screen off, and if I hear my son making a lot of noise, I go over, turn the screen on and see what he's doing. Sure it'd be easier to just whip my phone out, but this thing just works out of the box - no set up required. Plug it in and turn it on. 3. Simple but elegant design. Not super high tech looking like other cameras but it is a clean, attractive design. 4. Indicator lights at the top of the parent unit don't turn off or dim. Even with the screen off, the little green and red lights at the top illuminate our bedroom at night so we have to lay it face down or put a cloth over it. Not a major problem, but it'd be nice if there was an option to dim/shut off those lights. 5. Battery life isn't great... but it's also not hard to just find a place to plug it in. We upgraded to this after using a normal baby monitor for a year and a half, so if I'm working outside, I just carry the regular monitor with me and set the video monitor up inside the door or something. If he makes noise, I walk inside and look at the video monitor. 6. Camera cord is a decent length but i still wish it were longer. Long enough to reach from up high on a wall to an outlet near the floor, maybe with a little room to spare. Makes it hard to find a convenient spot to mount the camera without rearranging the room. 7. Sound quality is good and the two-way radio feature is helpful. 8. Our house isn't huge, but our son's bedroom is on the 2nd floor. No problems at all with the video signal no matter where we go in the house. Haven't gone too far away from the house with it either but I imagine it would reach a good distance away. 9. The extremely negative reviews of this might scare you away, and that's unfortunate because i think this is a very reasonably priced unit. It may not be top of the line quality, but it's not top of the line price either. For $100, the peace of mind we get from having a video monitor that, so far, has been extremely user friendly and hasn't given us any trouble, is VERY worth it.

Great audio, temp alert, and good size monitor... But the visual is a bit fuzzy, difficult to see details, not clear picture. Also, because the lighting in this room I monitor is always dim, it always displays in night mode, so is in black, white and gray- I have never gotten a true color image on the monitor- would need to have a fully overhead brightly lit room to even try to get a true color image and who would have that in a babies room at rest time especially?! The monitor does not hold a charge for long either, so even though it is moblie, must keep near an outlet for plug in charge. Could not rate for more than 3 Stars due the image and charge issues.

Just so-so considering the price. The best thing about this baby monitor was the video. We didn't test the audio of talking back and forth. The worst thing about this baby monitor was its connection. The parent unit would sometimes lose its connection and start beeping at ~15 feet away from the camera. The battery life of the parent unit seemed okay but took forever to charge to full capacity.

This monitor was simple to set up, the picture is clear, and it’s easy to use. The battery of the monitor could be a bit better.

This camera works great, has built in lullaby’s to play, allows zooming feature and you can see the current temp in the room on the monitor. Night vision works great in a completely dark room as well. The only downside is the battery life isn’t very long. The monitor can go unplugged a few hours but looses charge fast for me. Have to plug it in overnight to make sure it doesn’t die.

Simple to set up and works great. Wanted a monitor that doesn’t connect over Wifi, and this one does the trick. Range is long enough to reach everywhere in a two-story house. The battery life on the monitor isn’t fantastic, but the cord is fairly long so it isn’t too difficult to keep in plugged in most of the time.

Bought this monitor so I can watch my grandson. Does everything I need. ... Daytime AND night monitoring, with sound and you can talk back if need be, also shows temperature inside his room and has the ability to link more cameras to it...this baby monitor has everything parents (or grandparents) need to keep an eye on their little ones.

Good camera. Bought this for travel and at my parents house to avoid spending a ton of money on a secondary monitor but it works almost as well as the one I have at hone which cost a lot more. Good picture, good sound. No complaints.

I needed a baby monitor for my grandson. I like this model. Has a nice and big screen, alerts you when the baby is crying or if the room temperature is too cold or hot. Very easy to use. I wish night vision had a better quality but overall you can’t beat the price.

The camera works well even in night mode. The screen size is perfect to see the smaill details. You can keep the monitor plugged into wall socket, else the battery easily lasts for 3-4 hours.

Easy to use. The picture is good quality. I wish the screen had the time displayed on it. But overall, for the price a good product.

This camera and monitor totally do what they say they’re gonna do. It gives me peace of mind when I lay my baby down in the other room that I can still see and hear her. Plus the intercom feature is cool. The only thing is that the monitor battery life is weak and only lasts for a short period of time when not plugged in. And also it seems the camera itself doesn’t have a battery option at all. It would be nice if I could freely move it where I needed it without it always having to be close to an outlet. Otherwise everything works fine.

If you’re looking for a camera to monitor your child’s activity. I highly recommend this camera monitoring system. Clear picture quality for the price and also gives you the temperature in the room!

I bought this monitor to watch my 87 year old mom who has Dementia. I and the at home nurses love using this monitor when they walk away from her or are in another room. The picture is very very clear, I can speak to her and let her know I am on the way and to sit still and I can hear her talk back. This monitor charges up quick and very portable. I recommend this monitor for all ages and situations. I am happy with my purchase.

So far it’s been just what I needed for the littles room. The sounds and picture are both really good. He’s not sure about the lullaby setting yet but I love it

Works good. We wanted a non-Wifi monitor that had a good sized screen. Camera is good, sounds is good, not range issues and battery life is good.
