This is a really neat work out machine if you want to stay active and don't have a lot of space for complex fitness equipment. It really does occupy very little space and, when using it at a fast pace at the max height, does make you sweat!!

This product is extremely helpful if you are introducing burst training into your weekly exercise routine. It serves the same purpose as the Xiser but costs WAY less, which is great for a tight budget.

Excited, I finally receive my stepper. It was extremely easy to put together. It does exactly what I needed, I was so happy that I got this great deal until I realized that the meter does not work. I replaced the battery that came with it, I checked the cable, the sensor, took it apart to see if there was any damage to the cable... I do not understand the problem. It seemed to work at first, then I noticed that it doesn't keep accurate count of steps or even time. And it usually just doesn't work at all. I tried calling the number that came with it. FAIL. When I finally got to someone, I guess they couldn't hear me? I tried emailing the customer service contact email that came with it... after several hours, I get a "failure notice". My email did not reach its destination. This wasn't so bad until I failed to reach any help with the communication information that came with the item. Now I am frustrated. So, I guess you get what you pay for.
