2014 , the follow-up to the critically acclaimed self-titled album. Strands of Afro-House, Kuduro, Benga, Semba, samples from old Angolan movies and Afrobeat tracks, African MCs and musicians from all over the world are all deftly mixed together by Pedro Coquenao. Inspired by the multicultural hotbed of his home city of Lisbon and trips to Nairobi and Luanda, DOIS was predominately produced in his own garage-studio over a two-year period. Much of the remix and sampling spirit from the first record remains but DOIS also features live instrumentation along with a host of different guests.

Campos de Luz, is a new solo project for multi-media artist Mario Schambon, a veteran of the Atlanta and NYC music scene. (Atlas Sound, Mia Doi Todd, Helado Negro, Adron, Selmanaires) The project was hatched from a collection of field recordings and conversations with family and friends gathered on a trip to his native Colombia. The name Campos de Luz, or Fields of Light in Spanish, references the Artist's family name and calls up fecund landscapes where earth meets the sky-such as artist Walter de Maria's Lightning Field.Decidedly idiosyncratic, experimental and beat heavy, Campos de Luz's self titled debut is a heady mix of rhythm, and textures-narrated in Spanish- about liminal spaces, desire, migration and escape.Cinematic and deeply moving, the album is an invitation to journey and a meditation on duality and contradiction.1 - Cobre Piel Acero2 - El Bedouin3 - Modo de Ser4 - La Pregunta5 - Aguas6 - Sin Ley
