Q: Does this come already assembled when delivered? It’s confusing
A: Hi Blossom, The TV console does require assembly. The fireplace is a simple plug-in unit that just needs to be inserted and screwed into place, after assembly of the stand is finished. You can purchase in-home set up with Best Buy if you are interested. Hope that helps!
A: Hi Kim, Thank you for asking. Definitely an understandable concern. These fireplaces get up to 89.6 degrees. They can get quite warm if you were to touch the glass. We do not recommend putting things in front of the fireplace insert itself, nor touching the glass when it is on. I hope this helps. Thank you.

A: whrn you turn the unit off, the image of the fire and logs is not illuminated. You still see a dark image if you look closely
