The hardware bolts that go into the three pieces of wood that touch the ground and act as the center support for the frame are very flimsy. They bent out of shape within months. Also, because they bent out of shape, they damaged the 3 support legs and were no longer usable. I had to go to the local home improvement store and get a piece of 2x4 lumber to replace them. Also had to purchase my own long screws to fasted them to the rest of the frame. Pain in the behind to be honest. Its about a half a step above IKEA furniture.

The package arrived timely. However, upon opening there were numerous scratches and dings. If it weren't for the fact this was being used in a college house, I would return immediately. Attention to detail is needed when reading the directions. Then it's not too difficult to assemble but does take time. Definitely, not a one person job.
