Well, things went well with what I wanted; my antivirus was expired.

This thing is terrible! I purchased this product. I get an email that says "Ready to Redeem." HOW? There is no easy option to download this purchase to my computers. Seriously? Do I have to contact support because I am not tech savvy? This should be easy. I am angry.
