I am very pleased with the way the Geek Squad has corrected my computer problems and installed additional security software. I am not all that tech-saavy and appreciate their patience and assistance.

I like the idea of having Web Root installed on my laptop so I don't have to worry about possible viruses installing malicious software. It's always running and notifies me each time a scan has been completed and if there was anything found.

I had my computer hacked a while back and took it to geek squad. They advised me to by this product and ever since then ive had no issues. I feel secure using my computer anywhere.

I cannot find a way to fix errors noted during the scans.

I always feel safe with Webroot,wish I could still get it on my 10 rear old Mac.

We love our total tech from Best buy. Good value for the money and great help when you're not text savvy.
