The Weston® 2-in-1 XL Indoor Smoker & 10-Quart Slow Cooker smokes meat, cheese and other foods quickly and easily right on your kitchen countertop. Enjoy your favorite foods infused with authentic smokehouse flavor year-round without the long wait or prep associated with traditional outdoor smokers. Or use the removable 10-quart cooking vessel to slow cook a variety of foods — the nonstick vessel holds a 12 lb. turkey or 10 lb. roast. The smoker lets you smoke food 3 ways. Hot smoke is perfect for smaller cuts of meat, poultry and fish. Cold smoke adds smoky flavor (without cooking) to foods like cheese, nuts, hard-boiled eggs and salt. Combo mode is ideal for large cuts of pork and beef. It cold smokes first, then cooks with hot smoke to infuse maximum smoky flavor. The adjustable metal rack lets you smoke one to four tiers of food — up to 20 lb. — at once. The smoker/slow cooker has a gasket-sealed tempered glass lid, a patented Set & Forget® temperature probe to continually monitor internal food temperature, and a Lid Latch™ Strap. The digital controls are intuitive, and the smoking chamber is easy to load with wood chips (not included).
