The Weston® Extra-Large 15 Tray Digital Food Dehydrator with refrigerator-style door has up to 15.5 sq. ft. of drying space for making pounds of delicious healthy snacks and preserving batches of food at once. This innovative food dehydrator is perfect for precision drying with fully adjustable temperature from 90º to 160ºF. Dry a broad range of foods at the ideal temperature including herbs, jerky, fruit leather, kale chips and more without extra sugar or additives. The food dehydrator is easy to use with a digital timer that lets you adjust the temperature in 30 minute increments up to 48 hours. Just set the timer and let the food dehydrator do the rest. There's no need to rotate trays. The powerful 900 watt heater and quiet, rear-mounted fan work together for consistent, even drying of foods on every tray from top to bottom. The transparent door swings open, making it easy to load and configure the BPA-free trays. You have the flexibility to use the exact number of trays you need from 1-15 to accommodate everything from large pieces of food to tall jars of yogurt for fermenting. Easy-grip handles make it easy to lift and move the lightweight food dehydrator.
