Mightiest river of Middle-earth, the great Anduin winds its way south along the eastern flank of the Misty Mountains toward the sea. As the Fellowship makes its way down river in their Elven boats they are awed by the sight of the mighty Argonath. Long ago carved from the rocky hillsides upon either bank, these towering statues of the ancient Kings Elendil and his son Isildur stand with arms raised in warning to travellers from the north. For Aragorn it is a moment long sought, to look upon the carved faces of his kinsmen of old and the glory of ancient Gondor they represent. The moment has been expertly captured by Gus Hunter longtime Weta Workshop conceptual designer who started on The Lord Of The Rings trilogy alongside Jeremy Bennett and was an early adopter of the digital painting techniques Weta uses today. Product Features The external dimensions of the print are 23.2in x 11.7in (590mm x 297mm) and the printed area is 20.9in x 8.9in (530mm x 235mm). A lovely cinematic . Exactly the same size as the previously released prints. It's printed on good quality 170 gsm satin paper and ships rolled up in a VERY sturdy poster tube. It will arrive in pristine condition, ready to be framed and hung, pride of place, in your home.

The One Ring created for The Lord of the Ringstrilogy was designed and made by Jens Hansen - Gold and Silversmith of Nelson, New Zealand (Middle-earth). Winner of seventeen Academy Awards, The Lord of the Rings was brought to the big screen by New Line Cinema and directed by Peter Jackson. Weta Workshop was intrinsically involved in the design and physical effects manufacture for all three films. Weta is pleased to be working with Jens Hansen to produce The One Ring in gold plated Tungsten Carbide. It's crafted to the exact shape, thickness and proportions of the original movie prop. The 18K gold plating and the significant weight of the Tungsten now ensures that you can own a One Ring that looks and feels absolutely right. Jens Hansen's reputation as a brilliant ringmaker was one of the main reasons he was approached to make the One Ring for The Lord of the Rings. Today Jens Hansen's son, Halfdan Hansen, continues his father's legacy, and supervises the production of The One Ring for us. InchMy father Jens Hansen knew and loved J.R.R. Tolkien™s books, and was very excited when he heard the movies were going to be filmed in New Zealand. Then came a phone call asking if he would make The One Ring. He was thrilled and honoured, as we are to have created the world's most authentic One Ring replica exclusively for Weta, and for you.Inch - Halfdan Hansen - Jens Hansen Gold and Silversmith One Ring to rule them all. One Ring to find them. One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them. This gorgeous piece of jewellery has the famous words in ancient Elvish runes delicately engraved on the inside and outside of the ring, as well as on the beautiful wooden gift box made from natural Walnut timber. The box can be displayed open thanks to an ingenious and almost invisible elastic hinge or closed with a strong rare-earth magnet.
