What We Do in the Shadows - DVD

What We Do In The Shadows introduces us the age-old vampire flat mates being filmed by a New Zealand documentary crew. Stuck in their antiquated ways they struggle to adjust to 21st century customs, like paying rent, sharing household chores, and getting expressly invited into nightclubs.

A zombie outbreak has fallen upon the land in this reimagining of Jane Austen's classic tale of the tangled relationships between lovers from different social classes in 19th century England. Feisty heroine Elizabeth Bennet (Lily James) is a master of martial arts and weaponry and the handsome Mr. Darcy (Sam Riley) is a fierce zombie killer, yet the epitome of upper class prejudice. As the zombie outbreak intensifies, they must swallow their pride and join forces on the blood-soaked battlefield in order to conquer the undead once and for all.

The timeless Chinese folk tale of a heroic young woman who takes drastic measures to save her family and country is given an exciting animated treatment by the Disney studio. After her father is unable to answer a call to arms to battle the invading Huns, Mulan disguises herself as a man and enlists in the army. Ming-Na Wen supplies the voice of Mulan, with Eddie Murphy as her companion, a wisecracking little dragon named Mushu; other voices include B.D. Wong, Lea Salonga, and Donny Osmond. 88 min. Widescreen (Enhanced); Soundtrack English. Two-disc set.
