An Toramh - Echoes Of Eternal Night - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

An Tóramh emerged from the depths of the underground metal scene, bringing a hauntingly beautiful sound that captures the essence of despair and melancholy. Formed in early 2024, the band consists of vocalist John Suffering (Chalice of Suffering, Solemn Echoes, Forever Falling) and multi-instrumentalist Anthony Copertino Jr. Together, they weave a tapestry of sound that defines their unique approach to Funeral Doom. An Tóramh is characterized by it's slow, crushing riffs, atmospheric melodies, and sorrowful vocals that resonate deeply with fans of the genre. Drawing inspiration from legends like Shape of Despair, Evoken, and Loss, the band creates an immersive experience that evokes powerful emotions. Their music explores themes of loss, existential dread, and the passage of time, captivating listeners with both it's intensity and it's beauty. The band will be releasing their debut album, Echoes of Eternal Night, in 2025. The album showcases their signature blend of heavy instrumentation and haunting lyrics, establishing An Tóramh as a formidable presence in the Funeral Doom scene. Ended - Into The Nothing - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Ended's third album 'Into The Nothing' is an artistic triumph that affirms the band's place among the Scandinavian masters of melodic metal. Riffs are dark and sinister, guitar solos blazing, vocals soaring above the crushing beat of the rhythm section. The real strength of 'Into The Nothing' is evident already within the opening verses of the album, where dual voices and melodies meet above thundering waves of tuned down guitars and thrashing drums - almost cinematic. Painting landscapes and setting the scene for narratives of political conspiracies, human pride, spiritual awakening, the birth of new generations and death of human civilization. Clocking in over the hour, this colossus of melodic metal takes the listener on a journey through light and darkness. The delivery is as energetic as the bands live shows. What also makes Ended unique is the way the band combines dire metal riffs and progressive mind bends with ascending harmonies and acoustic elements that resemble the lighter side of prog rock. The members have been releasing music under the name Ended since 2014 debut album 'About to Fall'. The band shifted gears when recruiting singer Micky Bergqvist in 2016, settling on a more powerful sound than ever before. The new album is nothing less than a continuous leap in the same direction. As for the protagonist of the title track, the time has come to embrace this dark and twisted symphony. The time has come to step Into the Nothing. Album Tracks 1. Collateral 2. The Unraveling 3. Into the Nothing 4. Elected 5. Virtue and Grace 6. Sum of Your Fears 7. Building Walls 8. Well of Sorrows 9. War 10. Serve As a Memory 11. Trolls 12. Colossus
