After shopping prices and quality, I landed this Best Buy. I was not disappointed as I have been using it for a few months and am very pleased. The install was simple and the template was part of the box instead of a flimsy piece of paper. The sensor cooking works very well. I only miss the Express time when making a small reheat like 1 or 2 min, but after realizing I can add 30 seconds by a multiple push of the 30 sec button, I no longer miss it. Easy cleaning as nothing seems to stick to it.

I was looking for a Whirlpool stainless steel over the range at a reasonable price to match my current appliances. I was able to obtain it at a great price during Memorial Day weekend. The features are awesome, it senses the popcorn weight and the fan kicks into auto mode when it feels that more exhausting is needed.

You can't beat the price! Works perfect. Have the option to turn offf the turntable. Seems to work strong and fast. Definitely heats food up quickly. Buttons easy to use and very simple and easy to clean without leaving streaks!

Remodeled the kitchen and went with stainless appliances. This is a great upgrade to builders grade models. Looks great, easy to use controls, love the chime. Installation is definitely a two-person job.

I couldn't test it out, because your people couldn't install it, then when I went to undo the package (I'm recovering from major SURGERY) it was revealed there was cosmetic damage to the exterior of the microwave. Found out that UPS delivered the package so a damage report has been sent to them sand Best Buy has been informed. Still in the middle of this mess.

Our GE that was installed when the house was built was literally falling apart. And we came in the right time as this microwave was on sale. Very nice looking and spacious.Heats up everything fast and fan has 3 settings. The only thing I missed from my old microwave that this one doesn't have is the quick 1, 2,3 minutes shortcut.

This is our first Whirlpool Over the Range Microwave. We are pleased with its functionality. The installation was extremely easy and the microwave was light for its size. Nice purchase.

This microwave has a shelf above the rotating base that makes the capacity seem much larger than it probably is. The controls are simple, the tones are pleasant, and the vent fan works well.

I am honestly unable to write an educated review, as I have only had it a month. I like it, but will know more in a couple of years.

We had originally purchased this microwave as an open box item, but the packaging was in such disrepair that we were hesitant to purchase it. The Cranberry, PA store manager recognized our hesitancy and agreed with our concerns, so she offered to order us a new one at the same cost as the open box--which we were excited and pleased to accept. The microwave has been very easy to use and it is quite attractive. It fit perfectly into the space our 7-year-old microwave vacated and was installed by my husband and one of our friends in 20 minutes. The only operational complaint that I have is that the light does sit further back than this microwave's predecessor's did, but in designing it that way the fan is situated directly above the stove top, so it just makes more sense. The only other thing that drives me a little crazy is that chime at the end of use doesn't repeat indefinitely as earlier models did--it only repeats a few times after the microwave or timer shuts off and I have forgotten items in the microwave as a result. Other than that, though, we really do like it and it had received decent reviews in Consumer Reports, sooo....

Box was in good condition and well packed, but microwave was dented when installer lifted it out of the packaging. Had to have him hang it anyway for my 86 yr old Dad.

So far this microwave has been great. It fit exactly into the space where the 2009 whirlpool 1.7 cu ft microwave was. The handle, unlike that one, is all stainless steel. It heats well. You can turn the sounds completely off, even the final beep (though that means the timer won't beep either.) You can set the timer and still heat food without stopping the timer. It loses one star for the clock. You can only see the time when you are standing directly in front of the oven. Move to the side at all and it looks like it's off. I wouldn't have thought that would be a big deal to me, but now we don't have a clock in the kitchen and I miss it. Guess I'll have to buy separately.

I purchased to replace a broken whirlpool microwave but wanted to match the other remaining appliances which were also whirlpool. Microwave works as expected but it doesn't have quick start time cooking other than the 30 second button. The old one you pressed a number and it would apply that many minutes and start. The end chime is cheesy and prefer simple beeps. The numbers are blue which I didn't realize beforehand and don't match the others now. Overall, I'm happy with microwave and was easy to install. Best of all was Best Buy service. Item was on sale and received it in 2 days with free shipping. Shortly after purchase it went on sale even more and a short simple phone call Best Buy refunded me the difference immediately.

This microwave is very big and sleek. I love the stainless steel look on the inside, and it's easier to keep clean. It's easy to use and has quiet a few options. The only thing I wish it had was the automatic power buttons on the numbers 1-6.

This unit is great. Love that it has sensors that will adjust time when you are cooking. It also has a tray that allows for 2nd level cooking but I haven't used it yet. Very quite when in use, 3 levels of fan speed for venting the stove below it.
