Customers are pleased with the refrigerator's capacity. However, some customers expressed concerns about the freezer's organization and limited shelving, noting that items may shift easily and that the placement of the handle and guard rails could be improved. The lack of interior freezer lighting was also mentioned as a drawback. Airflow issues around the freezer vents were also reported.
I have been using my new refrigerator for two weeks now. It works fine: good cold in freezer and good cold temp in fridge. I like the led light. It looks very nice in the kitchen. It replaces my somewhat smaller Whirlpool 18 cuft with a bit more capacity, 19 cuft. But the compartments on the door are not as good, not as useful as in my old fridge. If I can, I’ll upload the comparison photos. Old fridge on left and new fridge on the right. Yes this matters! I miss having the plentiful and organized compartments that I had in my last Whirlpool. It is uncomplicated with a top freezer and no ice maker. It received an Energy Star. This is my preference for a reliable and long lasting fridge. I use ice cube trays, and all is well.

Its a really nice refrigerator. The clear shelves make it easy to see what is in drawers. The door shelves are deep & sturdy so milk can be easier access in the door leaving much more space on the shelves easy use.

Just purchased this refrigerator last month. It is roomy and works well holding temp in both the freezer and refrigerator. It looks good in the space and fit well. I am not sure how to rate the noise. It makes noise but I guess it's a bit less than my last fridge so it's OK. I replaced a side by side so I do miss all the shelving in that freezer. Things kind of slide all over in the large freezer compartment unless you have bins inside. I didn't opt for the ice maker because it would have taken up a lot of space. You will do a lot of bending down for the fridge, even for items in the door, so be aware. Next time I might go for a bottom freezer but those cost more and are less efficient.
