This is our first experience with a counter depth side by side refrigerator. We had a full size french door refrigerator before. It is very nice having a little extra pass through room in our kitchen between the refrigerator and the island that is for sure. Since we are now empty nesters the smaller size of the refrigerator works nicely with our new lifestyle. Having the ice maker on the door of the freezer gives us an extra shelf on the freezer side which is quite nice. The refrigerator is quiet, keeps proper temperatures and the water/ice dispenser is extra tall to accommodate larger water bottles. We are very happy with our purchase so far.

I Love everything about about my Whirlpool counter depth refrigerator except how noisy it is. It would be perfect except for the annoying ticking sound when it's running. I bought the 5 yr warranty so I will call Best Buy about it & see if it can be fixed. Other than that it's exactly what I wanted.

Quiet, stylish and convenience of in-door ice maker and water/ice dispenser. Our new side-by-side Whirlpool is actually smaller than our former one by 3 cu. ft. (was also a Whirlpool) and have had no issues with enough space. We love it.

I love the sleek look of my new refrigerator. I also like the lighting on the inside of the refrigerator and on the inside of the freezer.

The fridge is quiet and dispenses both cubed and crushed ice as well as cold water very well! The convenient location of the water filter makes regular replacement convenient.

Super functional and gorgeous! Counter Depth doesn’t stick out into your kitchen like a sore thumb!

We really like this fridge. The counter size is nice cuz it gives us more room in the kitchen. The number of ounces of water poured is a nice feature we didn't know that was available on the fridge. It is a very nice looking refrigerator. The side by side is great cuz we can see what's in the freezer side easily. We had the bottom freezer before and it just gets junked up with food.

The product is of exceptional quality. We are particularly impressed by its efficiency and user-friendly installation process. The storage capacity is precisely what we require. need.

The overall quality of this fridge is great. The only qualm I have with it is the lighting on the inside seems pretty cheap and oddly located. The measuring water dispenser is a nice function but it's not even remotely accurate.

Like the side by side design and the elegant look. The counter deep size fits my kitchen tight space.

Attractive, efficient. Storage space is more than adequate.

I like the appearance and shelf organization. I find the water and ice dispensers somewhat difficult to engage.

Our family is very happy with our new refrigerator. Best features: bright lights, easy to clean ice and water dispenser, preset measurements for water dispenser, large roomy shelves width wise. Worst features: No butter compartment!, a little noisier than our last fridge, shelves are short front to back. Maybe not such a bad thing because food doesn’t get hidden and forgotten deep in the back. Overall a good product.

Ordered this counter depth model to improve the look of the kitchen. Replaced something too large for the space. Looks great. Love the ice access from the dispenser and in bulk from inside the freezer. Only issue, Whirlpool very short on shelving. When I called to order an additional freezer shelf, the guy admitted that many have to order additional shelves with NO discount -- full price plus shipping. They ought to offer a shelf bonus package for new owners of this model.

Like the shallower depth didn't need anything real big.

Operates fine but it’s noisy. Some items in the top shelf froze at factory settings Also the water dispenser was confusing in operation and resulted in water in the kitchen floor.

We love our Whirlpool Refrigerator. It is a great product

Perfect size and fit. The more expensive model had a different handle but for our kitchen. This refrigerator is much more attractive. Perhaps for a condo the other handle would be OK. Nice design inside and very happy with this refrigerator.
