A: There is an upper and lower arm and look to be plastic, but not quite sure
Q: WHAT IS NOISE LEVEL OF THIS DISHWASHER
A: I would say it is VERY quiet. The most significant noise has come from what I had in it and how I loaded it more than from the cycles and sounds of the dishwasher, which itself is really quiet. I recently had a metal pot on the bottom rack and I heard the water intermittently hitting inside the metal pot during the wash cycle.
Q: What is the largest size (diameter) plate that will fit in the bottom rack?
A: My 11" stoneware plates fit easily.

Q: Does this dishwasher have the utensil tray on the door side An back?

A: Hi Today, thank you for your inquiry. With this model you would need to use a rinse aid to get the best drying performance. The dishes may be slightly damp immediately following the cycle, due to steam, but will not be wet hand that hand drying would be necessary.
