Performs as expected. I replaces an older portable dishwasher I had for many years. I ordered one for my daughter a couple of months ago and she's still happy with it.

No problem with Best Buy, my problem is that we can’t find an adapter to connect it to our faucet. We had just installed a new faucet for $300.00. It’s a pull down faucet sprayer type.We have tried Lowes, Home Depot, and several plumbing supply stores. We have a $900 dishwasher we aren’t able to use. The adapter it came with is for the old style faucet’s with knobs on each side. I wish we had been told it wouldn’t work with the pull down faucets.

We have an old house. over 100 years old. Our kitchen doesn't have a place for a built-in dishwasher, and I'm not willing to remodel just to make room for one (neither is my wife, for that matter). When we bought the house 22 years ago, we simply purchased a portable dishwasher and were happy. Almost a year ago now, that old one died. This dishwasher is much quieter than that old one, but it's also a lot slower. Our last one took about an hour to run the full cycle from start of the washing to end of the drying. This one take an hour to wash and another hour to dry, and that's on the "fast wash" setting! It does a good job, but good grief! This is why I only give it 4 out of 5 stars. There really aren't many portable dishwashers made any more (or there weren't when we bought this). Most of what we saw were tiny little countertop units that wouldn't hold more than a single meal's worth of dishes, and wouldn't fit a large mixing bowl. This was the only option we found in over a week of looking. Thank goodness it works well! Unfortunately, It is expensive, but they've got you over a barrel if you need it.

Very happy with this purchase. Dishes come very clean. The machine is silent, spacious and efficient.

This model is super quiet and does an amazing job at cleaning the dishes. The smaller model fits perfectly in the space where I put it. I had it permanently installed rather than portable. Very happy with my purchase.

Old unit broke and replaced it with this. Holds more than our previous washer, and cleans well. The heated dry doesn't work that that well as dishes come out hot, but there is still a lot of moisture inside; dishes are not dry. Have to open washer at the end of the cycle to let out steam/moister and to get the dishes dry.

Does a good job cleaning and I love the butcher block top. Comes with a faucet adapter, so I didn't have to buy one because it fit my faucet. I was prepared to spend a day or two hunting hardware stores. Minor annoyance is that the buttons don't light up until pressed. Scared me when I first plugged it in and saw no signs of life. The buttons do light once pressed and the clean light comes on when it's done. The Normal cycle takes approx. 2 hours, but it has a 1-hour cycle mode that I have not tried. The top rack is roomy, small plates fit in it, and the bottom rack (large plates and pots and pans) has so far accomodated everything I've tried to wash in it. This dishwasher is a workhorse, and I hope it remains so for years to come.

Yeah it may be twice the price of a built in dishwasher. I hesitated on buying it because of that. But it's a very nice machine. This model is the same size as a built in, with the rack size and flatware basket you'd have with that. Easy to attach to sink faucet, and even has a button you can push to still utilize your faucet while the washer is hooked up. Offers more "counter" space which is nice. Easily movable once you get the wheels on. I recommend it.

I was alittle nervous. We bought an open box product. But I figured it was for our beach house. What a buy! Absolutely Love it!!! Once we bought the Faust attachment for the sink, made by whirlpool. This portable dishwasher is so quite!!!! And so incredibly. I think it cleans better then the one I have at the house. And I paid a whole lot more! Totally recommend this product.. The Whirlpool dishwasher works fine. But I think the hoses were put on wrong. There is tension trying to attach the hoses to the faucet. Our previous one fit better.

Our replacement portable dishwasher is SO MUCH QUIETER than our previous one. This Whirlpool product is cleaning very well on both the one hour and regular cycle . The full length silverware tray is good and bad. It seems stronger than the design in the previous machine but getting the utensils into the back can be a little challenging. I am so glad we went with this product from Best Buy. and the delivery experience was also good!

This unit was recently delivered so I have used it only a couple times so far. I am not yet accustomed to the sounds of the running machine. There is a cycle that sounds like it's trying to start several times before it finally begins. Not sure if that's normal but dishes are clean and dry when the machine finishes.

The first few times I used it, the dishes didn't come clean. It works better now. I usually put it on heavy. If i unplug it before the cycle completes i have to cancel it and restart or it won't begin the new cycle. I'll live with it.

I'm a single guy and I hate to do dishes so I bought this dishwasher and I am very glad! So far it has done an excellent job in the short amount of time I've had it. I really like how quiet it is! I just hook up the hose to my faucet and plug it in and it does the rest. I own several Whirlpool products and they all have served me well!

After a delivery delay the dishwasher came it is very nice, quite and seems better than the one it’s replacing.

The dishwasher definitely gets the job done but it’s so expensive!! We’ve only had it a few weeks so cannot say how long it will last! It hooks up to the sink easily and the dishes come out clean.

Works great, looks good. It moves easily, and you can plug it in to a faucet with no hassle.

I use all finish dishwasher products for maintenance. The finish rinse aid and finish weekly cleaners. I clean the filters as recommended. I use 1 fish packet inside machine and one in detergent holder with 1 cup vinegar for every load. I have never pre-washed any of these dishes and they always come out looking brand new. I've never had a dishwasher get my dishes this clean before.It took me awhile to convince myself to spend that much money but it WAY exceeded my expectations and made every cent worth it.
