I love the design. After having many other brands, I've purchased whirlpool to redo my kitchen entirely. Easy to use. Simple to install. Very quiet and seems to be efficient. It does a fantastic job of getting the dishes clean.

Had to purchase a dishwasher under a time constraint (could hear the last dishwasher from outside). Searched online, saw fantastic reviews for this dishwasher and it has exceeded our expectations, nice and quiet, cleans the dishes well, holds the dinnerware for a 5 member household. --Buy a 3/8" compression x 3/4" hose fitting with 90 degree elbow, it is required (trip to local hardware store) and wasn't part of our '08 dishwasher, also a strain relief for the electrical. The only potential con is the time it takes to run the energy efficient cycle about 2.5-3 hours, but I haven't received the water/electricity bill with this, so it might be worth it. Also having the buttons on the top kinda hidden from the little hands is a bonus.

Quite and works great! Easy to work. I don't love the silverware rack, but it still does a good job cleaning everything! Happy with our purchase!

Sleek look, was surprised to see the interior was also stainless, installers were quick confident and professional.

I must have read at least 80 reviews (this is NOT an exaggeration) including Consumers Reports comments and ratings of various makes and models of dishwashers and came to this conclusion: there is no dishwasher that makes everyone happy. Although there are certainly many people happy, there are far more that are disappointed. After throwing my hands up, I decided to purely go by repair record, and Whirlpool (the brand, not just this model) had the least amount of repairs, so I bought the Whirlpool model which I thought was the best value. I've had it a little over a month now, and compared to my 24 year old dishwasher-this baby's a dream. VERY quiet. I knew today's models were supposed to be quieter, but this was a very pleasant surprise-and it's not even rated as one of the quietest, but trust me, I will run it with my light sleeping wife snoozing 20 feet away and it does not disturb her. Dishes are cleaner than ever. With previous dishwashers I had a few glasses that for some reason always had water drops/film left on them-this model not only doesn't leave spots, it has cleaned the film off of these glasses. One complaint almost everyone had was their dishwasher didn't dry very well-well, except for the contour bottoms of coffee cups sitting straight up, everything is as dry as can be. Please note-I followed all the instructions on detergent and anti-spotting liquid, I presume some folks who have problems do not! One last note- although the box my dishwasher came in was pristine, the back had 3 large dents in it. I noted it to my delivery driver and offered to keep it as long as it didn't leak. I was able to pound the dents out with a rubber hammer, and sure enough, no leaks, and was given a $100 rebate for keeping it. No one will ever see the dents, not even me. I know I could have paid hundreds more (not counting the discount for damage) and not been one bit happier. GREAT VALUE. Please keep in mind, I've only had it for a month, but so far, I could not be more pleased.

This is easily the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. I have really liked it so far and it cleans very well. The adjustable shelves are fantastic! The silverware holder is a little awkward to load.

Overall this is a very good dishwasher, quiet and cleans great. When comparing to the out going Bosch unit you can see where whirlpool reduces cost to make it a decent buy. The lower kick plate is made from plastic and the inner draws use a simple less robust runner system. Ultimately the unit still functions great and the components are similar to its premium brand kitchen aid brother.

It's so quiet you can barely tell it is on. Does a great job cleaning as well. Love the stainless steel tub too! Whirlpool is best bang for your buck. They make great products and have never failed me in my 15 years using them.

I was replacing my old Kenmore dishwasher with this one. What a difference! I'll attached the decibel meter picture, my old one sound level is on the left and the new one is in the middle. The best feature is the utensils holder rack has slots and also is attached to the door so it does not take up space in the tray.

I will say that it is quiet. The silverware rack I have decided annoys me how it either mounts to the door or clips onto the bars in a way that if you’re not careful, one can easily unlock the silverware basket and the utensils come out all over the place. The dishwasher looks nice. It smudges but not easily.

Love this dishwasher. Especially love the utensil tray in the door. It's super quiet. We have an open floor plan in our home, and it doesn't bother me when I'm in the living room while it is on. Cleans all dishes very well.

purchasing dishwasher was easy- having it delivered and installed was a nightmare. First appt, only dishwasher arrived- no appt. was made by Best Buy to have it installed - so back went the dishwasher. Second appt for delivery and installation was made by Best Buy ( after at least 7 phone calls) and no dishwasher showed up and no installation. No phone call was ever made to be telling me they were not coming. AGAIN multiple phone calls to Best Buy to schedule appt. for delivery and installation. On the third time everything went well. But I did not enjoy waisting all the time waiting for delivery and set up. would recommend the dishwasher but ASK MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION BEFORE SIGNING ON THE DOTTED LINE

I am so pleased with my Whirlpool dishwasher. The dishes are coming out sparkling clean and dry. If you do purchase this washer, make sure you use the product that comes with the machine. It really does make a difference to insure a good wash and great drying results. I am truly enjoying a machine that is quiet and efficient!

Dishwasher fits old space very easily. Most everything easy to install but trying to connect water line, it was very tight access to reach wiring and water connection. Once connected no leaks on first try. Dishwasher extremely quiet.

I have only had this dishwasher for a couple weeks but it's been great! Don't even have to rinse dishes before putting in the dishwasher. Love it and it's also so quiet you barely know it's running

Easy installation--I picked-up the appliance and installed it myself. Throughly cleans placed items. Quite operation. I would purchase again. Actually, I am...for my girlfriend's home.

Purchased this dishwasher about a month ago to replace our 3 year old Samsung dishwasher that didn't wash or dry that great. Price was reasonable. So far this dishwasher has pretty been good. Only compliant is the drying of plastics. Tupperware is still fairly wet after a full wash and dry cycle. This apparently is a common issue of all the energy star/ saving dishwashers.

Love it, works great. Front gets dirty with fingerprints really easily, need to wipe it down a lot. But overall think its a great addition to our kitchen

Dishwasher gets everything clean and runs quietly. Love the stainless steel tub as we have well water. I also like the outer handle which I use for my dish towel. LOVE IT!

I do not like the silverware container on the door, so I just leave the tray in the bottom rack. It does a great job of cleaning and like the options of the cycles. Like the stainless steel tub
