only complaint i have is it seems to have a balance issue on the washer side. any load big or small makes the machine shake. and the coin box is rather stiff to put back in. but it is quiet compared to the unit it replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend

Only had a few weeks but machines are easy to install and take up minimal space. Working great so far

I purchased 2 of these for a small apartment building. They are great, tenants like them also. Easy to program, they got doors like a volkswagon.

Defective coin slot and leaks water

Horrible! Defective coin slot and leaks water. Best Buy was great at replacing the units, however all replacements had the same outcome. Ended up getting a refund. This is definitely a whirlpool issue.

Absolute hot garbage. 2 washers, both broken inside 6 months. And nobody works on these, so it's nearly impossible to get them fixed. Now I've got 2 machines that are non operational that costed $7000. Whirlpool service is also terrible. Their maintenance people no showed twice before letting me know they don't work on commercial units. I have no recourse except to try and sue Whirlpool and keep it below small claims threshold.
