Bought this same washing machine again after using it on our family of four for four years, about 10-15 loads of laundry a week. The spinner broke and replacing it cost less than repairing it. Would highly recommend again though! It cleans our clothes well and doesn’t get gunk buildup on the machine like our front load washer did. It is also a large capacity for smaller depth spaces. *Side Note: unless you can keep it behind a closed door when running, it might be a little loud inside a house.

I have had this washer about one month and have washed approximately 20 loads. The machine is 100% analog. No electronic key pads to be a maintenance headache. A washing cycle takes about 50 minutes which is pretty much the norm now. During the wash cycle it makes a noise similar to a busy signal. Not bothersome, but it is not not silent. A good washer for the price. The Best Buy install was quick and trouble free.

This is a nice machine. Our second Whirlpool, the first one lasted 20 years with minimal repairs. I was a bit surprised by the whole HE thing, but it turns out that all the detergent is HE compatible anyway. I miss being able to rinse out my detergent cup under the running water. You also can't set your temperature from the water taps, so just set them all the way open. It looks more difficult to repair than the old models. Be aware that the lid is huge, and you need more clearance than the older machines need. I like this machine better than most of the competition.

So far this washer has been pretty good for the price. A couple of times when I first used it I ran into issues with it not fully wetting all of the clothes, but so far I have been able to avoid these issues with a combination of different settings and smaller loads. I was bordering between a 3/5 and 4/5, but am giving it the benefit of the doubt for now! Will update after a few months.

I've had whirlpools in the past and I've always liked the Whirlpool product because they hold up very well I never had a problem with a whirlpool but other brands I have so when you find something that works for you you might as well stay with it I just received my new whirlpool the other one worked very well still someone else had it and I had it for over 13 years but it start to leak and I have no idea where it was leaking from I'm not able to do the things that I used to do so I just broke down and went on board a new one the only thing with me is that I have to get used to the sensor and all this digital stuff I watched with this machine for the first time yesterday and I read a few reviews and it said they were loud but to me it wasn't loud I didn't have that issue I just enjoyed yes I will highly recommend just bringing but what I was really surprised was that it was so lightweight the last one I had it was very very heavy overall I'm a happy camper and the price was good

I was looking for an affordable, efficient washer and dryer that would fit inside my apartment hallway closet. I measured the area taking the door into consideration as I needed the appliances to fit in a narrow spot, yet still be able to close the closet doors. I called all around Dutchess County and finally found what I was looking for at Best Buy. I chose the Whirlpool brand which was in stock. I have only used the washing machine for about a month but so far, so good. My wash comes out clean and the machine is easy and simple to use. I don't want too make bells and whistles. Just keep it simple! I don't regret my choice of washer but as more time goes by I will have a better idea of its pros and/or cons. So that's why I rated it 4 stars for now.

After functional research and price checking, I bought this Whirlpool washer because uprights with an agitator just do a better job at cleaning. This washer is better at cleaning and even clothing care than I ever expected. Awesome job Whirlpool!!!

Bought a Whirlpool washing machine October 21st 2022. The washer is in bad shape they replace the rockers. Less than 2 weeks I had to call the service guy back out here from geek squad and he further dead and evaluation on it and realizing it was a rocker motor. That was going bad in it the inside of the washer where the agitator is was going back and forth. To replace this you had ordered apart plus pay for the labor. Which I didn't have to pay for the labor because it was under warranty I pay for an extra warranty. So I got a store credit and it went and bought a brand new one tonight which is December the 12th 2024. If you going to buy any kind of appliances from any location that has a warranty to offer please pay for the warranty it will save you hundreds of dollars to replace the item that you pay for the first time. And think it was going to last for years to come and then it doesn't and you will have to go back out and buy it all over again or call some repairs. Thank you

We bought a matching whirlpool washer and dryer. They both work beautifully, the dryer has a diir that pulls down and acts like a shelf when taking clothes out. No problems what so ever. The sales people in the store were very nice and knowledgeable. It was delivered exectly when they said it would be. The delivery men were awsome. Very nice and quick. Brought them in hooked them up for us, it only took about q5 min. Took all the trash away. Excellent service all the way around. We just purchased a insiginia freezer from them as well. Waiting for the delivery now. I will post a review once that gets here.

Such a nice washer and dryer!!! So many options on them to save water and electricity. If you need a short wash or a heavy cycle you got it in this washer and dryer! I’ve put comforters in it and no problems washing them. And the price you can’t beat!!!! Dryer gets good n hot dries so quick!!!!

Great machine, I love the basic features because it gives a reliable experience every time.

Many more fabric settings than my previous washer. It runs more quietly. The 360 degree agitator cleans better. I am highly pleased with this washer

O M G ! ! ! ….. I have officially gotten old, never owned a brand new washer ever in my life. I always brought used I was a single working mom to 6 kids and it was never a priority to have new. But I’m elated about my new washer and I can enjoy it and not worry
