Good double oven, like the wifi and app interaction. Only issue I had was when I tried to run it through Alexa - connection become problematic and went off line too often. Once I dropped the Alexa Sync - no issues. Also great price on clearance and open box so I purchased the extra 5 year warranty to be safe.

I have not used the new double oven but two times so far, but I love the look and so far it cooks fabulously. I am enjoying my purchase. Please contact me again in about 6 months after I have had a chance to use it more. Thank you. OH! do I need to register my new double oven?

Didn’t work right out of the box. Contacted Whirlpool because I was already outside Best Buy’s 15 day exchange window. They sent a technician out who replaced one of the fans, which corrected the problem. Now it works like a charm. The technician said he’s this model have that issue pretty often. Love the smart capabilities to turn the oven on from my phone.

So far, we really like this double oven. Large with multiple racks per oven. The connected feature is interesting - not sure how much we'll use it but it does send a message to the phone when, for instance, the oven is preheated. That's beneficial, since it does take much longer to preheat than our previous oven (that's the only reason for going down to 4 stars).

I thought it would be cool to spend more and get a techy oven. Boy was I wrong. First, the panel started to glitch and Wi-Fi kept dropping. The panel kept restarting making the oven inoperable unless I turned off the Wi-Fi. It took 5 months for a replacement panel to come in. Two weeks after a new panel, the screen is defective and Whirlpool is not replacing the screen. Wasted $3,000 on this junk. Worst customer service!! Do not buy this oven and go with a different brand. Never again Whirlpool!

I installed this double oven myself, with some help lifting into the cabinet with my father-in-law. It is a great oven with an awesome look and easy to use. The Best Buy delivery guys were professional and had the oven in our home quickly and on the spot where we request them to leave it. The oven itself preheats quickly and is very quiet compared to our old Whirlpool oven. The ovens bake evenly and handled our Thanksgiving dinner needs with ease. I was impressed how evenly cooked everything was, from vegetables to meats to desserts. I find the touchscreen easy to use and pretty standard in relation to tablet and phone operating systems. Setting the temperature takes mere seconds, and once you have gotten used to the options it is really not an issue to use. I find light pressure on the screen to suffice. My wife downloaded the app for the oven. It was easy to connect to our wifi and the app allows her to set the temperature from her phone if she wants. It also notifies you when it is ready, which I think is not too useful, but maybe for some who are in another part of the house when it gets preheated. The oven light is plenty bright. The lights turn on in both ovens when you press the button for the lights. It is easy to see what is cooking and if it is browned or not. The oven racks move easily. Each oven comes with three racks, and the oven have plenty of space for multiple items. The soft close doors are awesome. Nice to know the doors won't slam when you accidentally let the door go when closing it. The only thing that has been annoying is the oven clock would reset itself to GMT time every few days. I found a solution online - In the app you can turn off the auto setting for the clock, so that it won't set the time with your router. This way the time that you set on the oven will stick. I don't know why it resets to GMT, but I would guess it doesn't communicate properly with the router for some reason. This is a great oven with nice features and worth the price we paid. I hope it is durable throughout the years as well!

I've never had double ovens before but we chose this model for our new build. It is so easy to use. I never even knew it had wifi, but it is a nice added feature. Very accurate temperature.

Delivery time was as advertised. It was difficult to set it in place as due to pandemic the instalation was not offered. It works very well. Lots of functions to discover.

The motherboard on my old double oven crashed and I had to get a new one 2 days before Christmas! After some fast and furious research we decided on the Whirlpool double oven, mainly because we knew it should fit the opening we had. I love the oven and cooked Christmas and New Years dinners in it. I discovered it was running a little cool, as things were taking longer to cook than I was used to. I got an oven thermometer and Whirlpool enables you to calibrate the oven yourself--NO repair call. The temperature is now spot on! I do not have it connected to WiFi--I don't really see the need for that. Overall, I'm very happy with it, and it looks great!

Purchased oven to replace old oven. Easy to use and looks really good. Bluetooth to remind me to turn it off if I forget to after use.

I am enjoying this double oven. I cooked the turkey in convection/assisted mode. it was well cooked . I also used the wifi to test if it works and it does whether the phone is connected to wifi or data. May be kind of expensive. I would have preferred a small and big oven as a double oven instead of two the same size with same exterior dimensions so that it fits in the space I already have. It would have been a more optimal choice.

Excellent double oven. The price was very competitive. We opted to have Bestbuy install it. The installation was great. The oven (s) work perfectly and as an added bonus the double oven can be controlled remotely through the Whirlpool app. We couldn't be happier with it and the Bestbuy team.

Technology has come a long way from my mothers time. This oven is so amazing with all the up to date settings and the option to use the convection bake is awesome it dispersed the heat more evenly and cooks a lot faster.

Great ovens as advertised. Install folks showed up on time, removed the old ovens, installed new ones. Fit was perfect. Also configured new ovens and setup initial steps before first time use.
