Good choice. Works perfectly and was a good matchup with my refrigerator. Love it’s simplicity and sleek look.

Love the oven overall . Needed to be taller cause they need to add wood to make it fit where last oven was.

The physical design of this oven is quite lovely. It is the firmware that is problematic. This oven was installed on May 22, 2020. Things I like about my new oven: • Spacious interior—The oven maximized the amount of inside space available so I have more room now than in my old oven that fit into the same space. • Three racks—I love having three racks for baking. • Convection baking—This is my first convection oven and I am a convert. Everything bakes more evenly and a little faster. Things that could be improved about my new oven. YOU NEED TO KNOW THESE ISSUES BEFORE PURCHASING THIS UNIT. • Add a convection drying mode with a temperature range of 110-165—Like many people these days, I like to soak and dry walnuts and this oven does not allow me to do it effectively. To dry a pan of walnuts I should be able to use an 150-160 degree oven heated for 36-48 hours. While my new oven has a “Keep Warm” setting that allows me to dry the nuts at the right temperature, it is not a convection mode and the oven turns itself off after 12 hours, which is usually in the middle of the night. Which leads me to my next request-- • Allow cooking duration time to be set up to 48 hours—Right now as a safety feature the oven turns itself off after 12 hours. This is great if you forget to turn the oven off before leaving for vacation, but some things need to cook for longer than 12 hours, like drying fruit or nuts. There is a Sabbath mode that lets you turn on your oven for a longer time but does not let you cook at a low temperature. I want the option of both a low temperature and long duration. While I am fine if the oven turns itself off after 12 hours if no cooking duration was set ahead of time, it seems that if a cooking duration is set by the user they should be able to set a longer time. • The oven needs a better wifi antenna—We bought this oven thinking it would be fun to have a smart oven that we can control with our phone. No one told us that the wi-fi only works if the oven is within approximately 30 feet of a 2.4 gH router (depending on obstructions such as walls or metal barriers). While our router frequency is fine, the oven is more than 30 feet away. Normally I’d just say, okay I can live without turning my oven on with my cell phone. However, the oven firmware Is regularly updated and without wifi our new oven will not receive these updates. This is a major drawback. • Design the clock to keep accurate time without a wi-fi connection—The oven has a large, easy-to-read, nice-looking digital clock. Aesthetically, I really like it, and I look at it regularly. However, without the wifi connection, while the clock still works, it loses about one minute a week. It’s been decades since I have had a clock that loses time! • Allow users to change temperature setting without turning off oven first—Ever have a recipe where you start cooking at one temperature and then have to change to another? Or times when you cook one thing in the oven and then switch to something else that requires a different temperature? This oven requires you to turn it off and then to reprogram it to change the temperature, even if it is just a 25 degree difference. These extra steps, while not difficult, are just annoying. Overall, with the amount we spent splurging on this “fancy” oven , I am disappointed with how it works. This smart oven is in some ways dumber than my previous 25-year-old oven, which was definitely easier to use. I do not recommend this oven unless they can change its programming as outlined above.

As an early Christmas Gift, I was able to convince my dad to pay half for an oven upgrade for my mom. Just in time for Thanksgiving! Total Tech Installers we’re able to seamlessly install the oven. Please be advised, you may be intimidated by the oven, at first. My mom is not very tech savvy but was able to grasp the functionality in a matter of 10 minutes. Great purchase and worth my mothers sweet surprise reaction!

I had a GE oven that was working okay, but had many things that drove me nuts. I bought this Whirlpool oven as the replacement. It has great features, is well laid out, and is simple to operate. Under the right circumstances, it is probably an excellent oven. The problem with this oven is that it is gigantic. I naively figured that you can replace a 30" wall oven with a 30" wall oven. When the Best Buy installer came to put it in, he told me that the cabinet needed modification. He gave me the measurements and I hired a handyman to make the opening larger. That cost $150. When the Best Buy installer came the next time to install it, I was told that the receptacle for the oven and our cooktop had to be relocated. I called an electrician and that was another $150. The third time the Best Buy installer came, he was unable to get the oven all the way back into the cabinet because the plug pigtail was blocking the oven. The oven stuck out around an inch and looked horrible. The installer wanted to leave it like that and said that it didn't look too bad. The other solution would be to call the electrician again, open up the wall behind the oven and relocate the wiring again. I'm sure that would be another $200+. I have now given up and am returning this oven. It is just too huge to fit in 1990s cabinetry. I am out $300 plus the inconvenience of multiple service appointments. I also don't have an oven now because I paid Best Buy to haul away the old oven. Because of the modifications already made to the cabinetry, I now have to find an oven that is large so that it fits the enlarge hole, but not so deep that it is blocked by the electrical cables. Needless to say, I am neither happy nor satisfied.

We are very happy with this oven. It looks very nice and is doing a great job for whatever we cook in it. My only complaint is that occasionally control the screen goes blank and we have to go to the breaker box and turn it off and back on to reboot the computer. It has happened about 3 times in the first year, so not a huge deal. I suppose this is quite common these days since more and more appliances have built in computers. This is the only reason I dropped from 5 to 4 star rating. I would purchase the oven again if I needed one.

Bought this for my sister's house. She was in need of a new oven. The initial one we had picked out was rescheduled for delivery and then canceled since it wasn't available anymore (not this model). So, we found this one and it was available and the delivery was quick...like 2-3 days later! It was also bought during the Labor Day sale time frame which was nice! Delivery and installation were awesome and it looks and works great! She is very pleased and is happy she has a working oven again!

Loving our new oven! Especially now that I’ve gotten it connected to the Wifi and we can use the air fryer feature. The only drawback is having to scroll to the time during delay cooking. It keeps accidentally stopping on the wrong time. I keep meaning to try that feature online. Assisted cooking has been great, so far, as well.

Good unit. Cooks well so far, the Rapid Preheat is nice but once you have enabled it you can only cook on the middle rack. The wifi is interesting - haven’t really used it much. Looks good and the installer was amazing

Looks great, works fantastic, super features, accurate cooking, loaded with features we may not ever use (but we have them), Would recommend to all that want an accurate, easy to maintain oven.

I gave it 4 stars because it took me over a month to get the app working. The oven itself works great in all modes. The sound on the timer could be louder. It's difficult to hear if there's any background noise. I finally got the app working. It's a nice addition but it was very difficult to get it to connect to the oven. I had to actually call whirlpool and they told me to cut the power off at the breaker box and start over. I had to do that twice before it worked.

Love this oven! It looks sleek and works perfectly! I love how it’s digital! The only thing I don’t like is that the timer volume is way too low even when I raised it to the highest level.
