Overall: do not recommend Pros: looks nice, cooks well. Cons: leas than two years old and needa replaced, locked in “control lock” mode after a power outage, completed all troubleshooting and nothing, its shot. Controls bump on easy. When you go to check or remove food the controls steam up so bad that the controls do bot work. Do not recommend.

This oven replaced a $4k Jenn-Air whose touchscreen stopped working. We were surprised to learn that it had the same features and more including air fry, WiFi, and feature updates over the Internet. Pros - fits into tight openings. We had a gas pipe in the corner for a cooktop and the previous homeowner had the depth and height a few inches smaller than the minimum required cutout dimensions. Even so, it fit with 1/2” on each side. - easy to use touchscreen - air fry. Once you do air fry, hard to go back to traditional oven cooking. No oil and easy cleanup. Firmware upgrade required from app to enable air fry. - can monitor and control oven from phone - affordable. We got ours for $1299 after $200 Best Buy bonus from joining Best Buy Plus ($50/year). It was a no brainer to join and there are perks like free 3-4 month Apple Music, TV+, and News+ trials. - newer model (2023) Cons - after going through the registration, the app connects to the oven and upgrades the firmware. There’s no meaningful status like percentage done. Just an hourglass and crossed out hands. After 20 min, we thought something went wrong and reset the power. Power cycled a few more times before it was able to finish the firmware upgrade. Apparently, it takes 40 min to upgrade the firmware. - touchscreen not the best. Taps work about 90% of the time, but I think this is the case with many ovens. Had tried Frigidaire and the previous Jenn-Air and this Whirlpools touch is slightly better.

I love my new Whirlpool wall oven, especially the air fry feature. It fit perfectly in the space that was cutout for the previous oven. Thank you Whirlpool!

I recently purchase a Whirlpool 30" Electric Convection Wall Oven and I have been very impressed with the features and ease of use. The oven's ability to reheat and cook food is outstanding. I recommend this oven as a good purchase.

The item is great, but three weeks after I purchased it. They put it on sell. 400.00 bucks cheaper.

Bgt this oven at local appliance store. It was the only choice for a built in of this size. Have had it for a couple years. Wouldn't recommend. The control panel is not very responsive and it's only a matter of time before it goes out. The cooling fan is loud and status on FOREVER. We were told it was made in Italy which seems like an odd place to manufacturer appliances.
