A: I agree and have the same issue with this cook top stove. My other (old) stove had a large burner in the front and that is the burner which got used for most of my cooking. I don't like having the two small burners in the front but are forced to cope. Another reason I don't like the large burners in the back is the fact that when I am using the large burners in the back it seems to create more heat in the surrounding area and causing the exhaust fan auto fan to come on and stay on high for a long time. I waited too long to return it and now I am stuck with a stove I am not completely satisfied and stuck with.
