great product keeps room confortable easy to use controls also has heating

Works great, checked the heating portion also even though it is summer just to be sure it worked. Won't know how well that part works until winter :-). Wish the sleeve had been sold with it.

I’m outraged!!! I purchased this air unit December 2020. I went through a lot of trouble to get it installed. The unit isn’t functioning properly (doesn’t get cool, eco setting doesn’t do squat). I called today January 26, 2021 spoke with Geek Squad as we paid over $100 to have warranty only to be told if I want it repaired I WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT OF MY WALL AND DRIVE IT TO BEST BUY FOR REPAIR. ARE YOU STINKIN KIDDING ME!!!! I’m a lady, and not capable of pulling it out of my wall let alone carry it to my car! THIS IS RIDICULOUS CONSIDERING HOW MUCH WE PAID FOR THE UNIT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND! NO, I WOULDN’T EVEN BOTHER PAYING OVER $100 FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY UNLESS YOU’RE WILLING TO PULL THE THING OUT OF YOUR WALL!

It is working fine in our 300 sq feet room. Easy to install. I want to buy another one and right now they are sold out. I will buy as soon as it will be available.

I bought this ac with supplement heat and use it in my 200 square f Foot bedroom to cool and heat my bedroom. This winter the heater work up till 4 days ago now it the fan comes on then it turns off beeps never heating like it did it no good filter is kept clean but it is not working I am 65 year old woman and I am so mad because I cannot afford another 600 dollar unit.

Will be great in our enclosed sun room especially having hear and air

Love how it has both heating and cooling. Mine was damaged during shipping but, the new one works great!

It has been a nightmare trying to get this return credited back to my account. It’s been 6 weeks and they still haven’t taken care of it.

We bought three Whirlpool window ACs to replace three old Whirlpool window ACs made in the 1980s during the COVID year (late 2020). Two have stopped working after only two summers. I will never buy another Whirlpool product!!! With these kinds of products, I am wondering how long Whirlpool can survive.

It blows out great for the air conditioner but not too happy about the hot air. Not much warm air coming out.
