if you are looking for a budget oven, please do yourself a favor and look at something else, or consider paying more for anything else. This performs so poorly, I am disappointed we didn’t return it. Our previous oven had the computer die and would not warm the oven - so we got by with our grill for cooking some items and the stovetop for others. We finally caved to purchase a new one and thought we would try to save money - but it was not worth any savings. The pre-heat time is at least double what our previous oven was, and the stovetop cooks so slowly it takes three times as long to get water to boil, and to get to a rolling boil is even longer. Not only does the pre-heat take a long time, the oven doesn’t even get up to temperature to cook a pizza crust through. What used to take 10 minutes and had a nice crisp crust, now takes almost twenty minutes and we need to move the pizza to a lower rack to get it to get the crust even somewhat crispy. If you find joy in your kitchen, this stove will make your life in the kitchen now a life of misery when in your kitchen. Steer clear.

Overall pretty pleased with this purchase everything seems to function how I’d expect the big burner on the right side gets SUPER hot fast! My only complaint was the lack of customer service when we picked this up. The gentleman barely wheeled this oven out the front door and then left. No advice on the best way to haul etc.. but that’s not the oven/manufacturer.

Heats up quickly and really like the controls, once I figured them out. The only downside is cleaning the surface which is a bit annoying but it does look great when you use a special cleaner.

Good quality Whirlpool stove. I personally don’t care for the knob settings or the oven timer.

This is a great purchase I'm so very happy with it everything works great even though I have not tried the self cleaning on the oven yet it is easy to just wipe down with the little spill's once the oven has cooled but I would recommend this Range oven to anyone

The workmanship of the bottom drawer is very cheap. It will be broken if you open at any time. Did not get a good reliable range. waste of my money.

The service and help in picking our whirlpool appliances was top notch. At the store we were shown options but never pressured to buy. All our questions were answered and we originally decided on 3 kitchen appliances but later added a 4th. The installation was on time and completed quickly.
