Q: Do you need a waterline connection for the self-clean process? I noticed it said it used small amount of water for the cleaning.

A: No, you just put a little water in the bottom of the oven.

Q: Does this have an oven light that can be turned on without opening the oven door?

A: Yes

Q: Has anyone had a problem with the edge to edge grate doing damage to a quartz counter ? Other things I have heard is pans rock because the grates get warped after use. And lastly, has anyone had a problem with the knobs getting turned on accidentally?

A: We have had this stove for less than two years and the grates are badly warped where it big burners are. The grate is also the front surface of the stove so you can easily bump it and get burned. The grates are expensive to replace ($250+) so we’ll buy a new stove rather than replacing :(

A: It comes with 3 racks and it has the bake shut off timer.

Q: Is the convection always on or can it be shut off for different types of baking?

A: Can be turned on or off.
