Horrible packaging!!! Busted front louvers! Looked like it was returned multiple times! I was the sucker that made it work! Look at your returned items and see if you would want that sent to you or your family. Didn't have the luxury of returning it again! F_ __ you and the company that sent it! Thankfully the AC works! Will never purchase anything again from Best Buy!
