I didn’t know this brand. But it is a cooling monster It keeps our main floor cool. Very comfortable The remote makes it awesome It’s very quiet. The ribbon hanging from blind so I can see it’s blowing. It’s that quiet

Great air conditioner. Have used it every day since I purchased it and it cools the 500 sq foot area it was purchased for in minutes. Not exactly quiet, but I appreciate the power and the face that it's weighs less than the old work horse it replaced. Would recommend.

Love the fact that it’s a Whirlpool this brand has been excellent with all my other appliances so naturally when it came to buying an A/C I went for the Whirlpool one and it didn’t disappoint freshens the room in an instant and It’s a great energy saver.

No WiFi no app no Alexa

I bought two of these air-conditioners specifically because the specs on the Best Buy website indicate this air-conditioner has Wi-Fi ability. I opened one of the air-conditioners today to review the installation instructions And found that these air-conditioners in fact do not have any Wi-Fi ability at all. At the time I purchased the machine there were no reviews of it. Also this machine is not made by Whirlpool it is made by a company called XLS under license agreement with whirlpool. I returned both the units today specifically because there was no Wi-Fi ability I cannot comment on whether or not the machines work well or are there other functions are good because I never even took it out of the box and plug it in.

They told me this was best because of wifi and no wifi should have checked with whirlpool first so I would know not to waste money on this.
