This dryer works well for me, but it has its quirks. I read many reviews where people say it doesn't fully dry their clothes. If you want this dryer to dry your clothes, do 2 things: 1) Turn off EcoBoast, 2) Used timed dry only. Timed dry lets you choose the drying temperature and the length of drying time. I've dried towels, sheets, blankets and various types of clothing using timed dry and have not had a problem with this dryer. I can get King size Cotton Percale sheets dry in 30 minutes, Bath towels in 40 minutes, King size heavy cotton blanket in 60 minutes, and clothes in 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the load and the type of clothing (delicates on low, jeans on high, athletic clothing on medium, etc). The dryer rack is great on this model for drying shoes or sweaters that need to be dried flat. I haven't tried the steam dry feature yet so can't comment on that. I knocked off a star for 2 reasons: 1) The sensor drying features do NOT work. I tried drying a blanket using the blanket setting for a king size heavy cotton blanket and it didn't work at all. The cycle ended (after an hour and 40 minutes) and the blanket was still extremely wet. (Note: Using the Timed Dry feature for the King size heavy cotton blanket on high heat, the blanket took 60 minutes to dry). I paid a lot of money for a dryer that I will use at its most basic settings (timed dry only), but it's hard to find a dryer that ONLY does the basics anymore. 2) the "cycle complete" signal is not very loud. I've adjusted it to the highest level and it's still too quiet. My dryer is in my garage so I need a loud signal to hear it in my house. On my old Whirlpool Duet I could easily hear the signal when it was done, but on this one it's impossible (the old Duet signal was a "buzz" sound, this one is a chime which is probably more pleasant, but way too soft).

I was thankful that the dryer was available for delivery at the time since my old one "died". (My washer isn't coming for about 2 months.) It has a lot of options. It's taking me awhile to understand the rest of the settings (vs my old one that was 16 years old.) I am unable to use the steam function because they wanted me to wait for the installation of the washer, so I can't share how that option works. The only thing that frustrates me is that I never hear it go off. Maybe when they deliver the washer they can see what I am not doing.

This is part of the set. Washer came first, I had to wait for almost 6 weeks for the dryer to arrive. It is a good looking appliance and works great too. It has a steam function which I liked the most. When you steam it, the clothes come out w/less wrinkles. However, not completely wrinkle free. Maybe there is a way to do that too but I have not figured it out yet. It is also quitter than the older models. I think it also has larger capacity. The delivery and the set up was also pretty smooth. In general, I like the service in most Best Buy stores and delivery service. Even though it is rather new, so far this dryer seems to be pretty good.

It's a good machine, but it takes a longer time to dry than others I have used and I am not at all a fan of having to hold the start button until a count of three before it will start. Also it seems to roll bigger items into a ball and not dry it completely unless you remove it and put it back in again. Last minus, I don't think the sensor is too accurate for the sensor drying on smaller loads. But on the plus sides, it does a great fob steam sanitizing ( I use that for pillows fairly often). The machine is good and made in the USA (which is why I bought it) but I'm not thrilled. That said for a dryer it does work well, just not what I am use to I guess.

I replaced a 5 year old Samsung front load washer with this model. I am so glad, this machine is quiet and very efficient. The Samsung was good but this is better! I have been washing everything, Bedding, Towels, Clothes with great results. Even though I paid for delivery and installation, I installed the unit myself. No leaks, no problems, no surprises!

I waited 16 years to buy a new washer/dryer set and could not be more disappointed in this one. I replaced a 16 yr old Whirlpool Duet set so I am a Whirlpool fan. I could not believe how loud this dryer was when turning it on for the first time. There is a serious vibration issue. I don't think it's the dryer being attached to the pedestal because I can push on the side of the dryer and the vibration sound stops. The sound is louder/softer throughout the drying cycle, but does not completely stop. It does not matter which cycle is being used; if the dryer is on, it's extremely loud & obnoxious (I can hear the sound throughout my 2200 sq ft house). Drying sensor doesn't work very well either. Clothes are still damp when cycles are complete, despite changing the settings to extra dry. This is going back to BB ASAP. Thank goodness for excellent customer service!

Finally had to break down and get a new dryer and decided to purchase this one. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it seems to have just a little bit of buzz sound when running that I was not used to with my other one however it dry amazingly well. Nice design with lots of features. I would certainly purchase again.

Many features available and dries clothes quite well. If you're taller (I'm 5'10") I recommend purchasing the pedestal stands or something to raise the height. Bending down to load/unload gets old, fast. On rare occasions the cycle stops early and I haven't figured out why. This is with a load well within weight and size limits, so not sure. Not a big deal, but odd and could be because I purchased a display unit. Whatever the reason I still highly recommend this unit and matching washer.

The dryer came with lid separated. It works partially. Was told an new would one be brought out--it was but was found to be badly dented. The installation of dryer poor in that the technician pushed the machine into the dryer venting and smashed it. It has been nearly an month and still not resolved.

This is a nice dryer with lots of features. I'm still trying to figure out all the settings. I feel like when ever there is a towel in the load it is still damp when the load is done. I haven't figured the settings and timing out yet. But do like new dryer. Huge capacity.
