You really don’t want my opinion but here you go. The number of times I was given bad information about my purchase and delivery was ridiculous. Communication was either poor or nonexistent. Staff was pleasant although unhelpful, other than the man on the phone who told me I was free to make my purchase elsewhere. I won’t be buying from Best But again.

was dissapointed that the product was not on hand and jad to be ordered, the delivery guy was helpful and kind, ice maker did not initially work. I live on NCt for my Mom in IL. My brther-in-law had to check it and make it work. Cutomer service was great with the purchasing, delivery, coordinating, and responsive,

Fits great for a small fridge but does not make a lot of ice.

This item doesn't mean nothing if there is not water outlet in your home to connect to a fridge! Hiring a plumber would be very expensive along with labor to install this ice maker! It's not worth it! Just use ice trays!
