from the back of the refrigerator down to the bot
I love my ice maker The only problem is the hose that goes from the back of the refrigerator down to the bottom is too short and it needs to be longer

Never Worked
Hasn’t worked since day one!!!! Best Buy has the worst service too. I paid them to install it. It never worked and had them come out for service and the guy came in for 1 minute, took a picture and left. Horrible.

Great Customer Service
was dissapointed that the product was not on hand and jad to be ordered, the delivery guy was helpful and kind, ice maker did not initially work. I live on NCt for my Mom in IL. My brther-in-law had to check it and make it work. Cutomer service was great with the purchasing, delivery, coordinating, and responsive,

Received product very late
I ordered it in December 2024 I have received it in April 2025 The estimated delivery was 3 weeks after ordered date However, the icemaker warks fine
