I love my ice maker The only problem is the hose that goes from the back of the refrigerator down to the bottom is too short and it needs to be longer

I ordered it in December 2024 I have received it in April 2025 The estimated delivery was 3 weeks after ordered date However, the icemaker warks fine

The icemaker sent w the installer was the wrong one. Then we were told Best Buy didn’t even carry the correct one. We would need to purchase from Lowe’s or Amazon. Had I known this I would not have purchased the refrigerator.

HORRIBLE service and ordering ability. Best Buy sent the WRONG ice maker, that did not fit, TWICE. And it was the same ice maker both times.
