After months of waiting for this model Best Buy finally installed. It did not work properly, bad installation. Had to call manufacturer to correct.

been wasiting since febuary 2025 for this ice maker. I ordered it when I bought the refridgerator it is suppose to match. since then 7 times have sent wrong ice maker, they send 3rd party service peopkle and one has switched out the orginal with a used part and best buy is blaming me for not having the orginal. need to watch who they send to your house. poor service

Works great, we have plenty of ice now which I love! The basket to hold the ice is plenty big, yet leaves lots of room in the freezer for other things.

I can't give a fair rating of the ice maker as it was not installed properly. It leaked in two places. I have been waiting for 5 weeks for the serviceman to come and fix the problem.
