When our refrigerator ice maker ran out of ice during one of our hot summers, I went online and purchased this ice maker. It's compact size allows me to use it on my kitchen countertop and is very easy to use. It has different settings for the size of ice you want it to make. I found the right size that can dispense through my refrigerator ice maker without a problem. I'm glad I made this purchase.

Works better that prior counter top ice maker but I'm getting the impression they are all temperamental. Frequently have to turn off and on when full of water and "Add Water" light comes on. Once it gets going will make great ice and lots of it.

We use this everyday, it is on for about 12 hours a day and works great. When we leave it on too long, it makes loud sounds so best to limit it's use to 12-14 hours a day.

During the holiday times when you always run out of ice, this is a fast machine to make ice. My only complaint is I wish the large ice cubes were a little bit bigger.

The icemaker in the fridge is broken. Purchasing a counter-top icemaker was cheaper than fixing the fridge. It was a good decision. I always have an ice supply. It works fast, and the best part is that it never overfills the ice bin. When it's full, it just melts some ice and starts over.

no long time storage but it will make ice as fast as two people can use it. small holding bin for ice that it makes meaning that if you don"t want to waste the ice you need to empty it once every 46 mins. great addition to your frig icemaker for high demand occasions.

Helps keep a constant amount of ice available. You do have fill it twice a day with water, but this is a small price to pay to not have to struggle with ice trays.

This little ice machine is great it works so well and is so easy to use I highly recommended this product

Its not even 6 months and it's stop working. This makes me mad

I bought a silver model over 3 years ago. After some early failures with other brands I also purchased the Geek Squad warranty. Since I bought this one with an extended warranty it has never failed. Figures. Lol
