Q: What do the cubes look like?
A: Tiny cylinders with rounded bottoms and holes in the center from the rods they freeze on. They are about an inch tall and 3/4 diameter
Q: Is the exterior made of metal or plastic?
A: Plastic, but not to fear. It is well made.
A: This item is designed for indoor use. Please note that portable ice makers on the market do not keep the ice made frozen inside the unit. Our portable ice maker makes ice and is stored, as the slowly melts the water drips down to the water tank for continuous ice making.

Q: Does people like it if their ice make is broken
A: What do you mean broken. The ice or the ice maker. Mine works like a charm.
Q: Does it took up to a faucets or does it have a water reservoir
A: This ice maker has a water reservoir.
Q: With other models, some have complained of excessive noise. How is the noise with this unit?
A: So the ice machine is a really good product. It makes ice like it's supposed to, but the ice melts fast, so you may want to grab your ice before it is too late. Also, it is a bit loud when it's dispensing out the water. It has like a grr noise before release which is pretty lout. If you have a kitcken too close to your bedroom 9.9 chase you are going to hear that ice maker.
Q: Does this keep the ice cubes cold?
A: No, it makes the ice cubes and when they melt if not uses the melted water to make the cubes again continuing the cycle. It is insulated like a cooler so the ice doesn't melt too fast. It works well for me and one other person. I think it would be good for up to 4 people, but it just depends.
