A: Hi Nana, A Derma Roller is a small tool with hundreds of tiny needles. It increases the absorption of topical skin and beard products to maximize their effectiveness. To use our Derma Roller, sterilize the roller head with Wild Willies Sanitizer Spray or rubbing alcohol. Wash your face. Use the Derma Roller to apply gentle pressure on your skin. This device is not designed to noticeably puncture the skin and will not hurt if used properly. When finished rolling, apply Wild Willies Beard Boost Serum. Use twice a week for optimal results. Sanitize the roller after use and store in the provided protective case.
