Willie Clayton - Classic Soul, Vol. 1 - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Willie Clayton has stood the test of time as an artist for over 40 years, best known for his smooth, sexy voice and high energy performances. His latest includes 13 tracks that smoothly blend his old school style with a little new school flavor.

Redferrin has spent years establishing himself as one of Nashville's most compelling songwriters before breaking out with a signature sound that merges country soul with modern urban influence. His new 13-track album, Been There Done That, serves as a reflective exploration of the heart and the highway. Primarily produced by Jake Saghi, with additional production by Jimmy Robbins, the project balances polished delivery with grounded, honest storytelling. Central to the record is the contrast between Tennessee roots and West Coast allure, highlighted by the pensiveInchIf I Was CaliforniaInchand the standout collaborationInchPalm TreesInch (feat. Wiz Khalifa). Throughout the tracklist, Redferrin navigates the Inchdefinition of insanityInch found in repetitive heartbreaks and late-night regrets. From the self-aware vulnerability of InchHeart A BreakInch to the weary resilience of the title track, the album offers a mature, nuanced look at an artist who has truly lived the stories he tells.
